Have anybody heard about the Lagoon Perdana, Bandar Sunway. What is the progress, is it still not completed yet?

is Sunway project stalled? cannot be.

I believe that Lagoon Perdana is not Sunway project, it's under the once-upon-a-time developer Talam, it's so called completed and issued with CF recently, but the finishing is definitely a nightmare and the design/layout was "retro" enough as it was planned for the 90's.

There are plenty of units available for rent, due to the proximity and facing the ever busy Sunway-LDP tol, yield in rental is not promising, however, for those who have been serving loans for years to the bank, at least they get back the tiles and concrete as supposed to be, this is the least one gets out of it.

My relative has three units there that how he wish it wouldn't be completed as he can make it a disputes to the bank and developer. sigh...

how can plenty unit be empty?

sunway, near LDP is prime location. is it only because of bad design?

the project was abandoned for sometime since Talam under receivership, of course, the deisgn which supposed to be ready 10 years ago surely couldn't fit into the current development direction which is sleek and contemporary. Besides, the units are way too oversupplied, with closed to 1,000 units in one development, it's truly not easy to manage.

hi, yes it's not sunway project. now construction by IJM but dont think they can finish.

anyway anyone heard that sunway is lauching a new condo in bandar sunway? wonder if can buy as investment as taylors is up already.

it is not a Sunway project. It is by talam which IJM help them to finish up the contruction.

Over the last few months I had paid visits to the main office in Pandan Indah. The response was always the same, the apartments would be handed over soon. (In fact, I think the official letter I received mentioned August of last year.) The last time I went, which was maybe a little more than a week ago, the person I talked to said it would be handed over in March of this year, maybe in the middle of the month. They are awaiting approval from TNB. However, I'm taking what they said with a large dose of salt, and I won't be surprised if the handing over date is several months away. Buying this apartment was the worst ever investment in my life!!!! And have you seen how dirty and awful-looking the facade of the handed-over apartments look like? And the apartment grounds seem to be perpetually wet!!!!! The ones whose apartments had to be abandoned ...... congratulations. I think you were lucky!!!!

yes, it has been an eyesore. anyone heard about sunway going to launch a condo in bandar sunway. wonder if good for investment as taylors already up. sunway quite trustworthy developer rite?
