Hi Forumers
I have a few qs about leasehold and freehold properties
1) Does lease hold value appreciate equally like freehold? doesn't it get stagnant at one point? At the moment, looks like both appreciating equally...
2) typically, how to get a good bargain? btw bank evaluation and seller asking price...how to decide between this two....in other word, where do seller really get their market price from?
3)what will actually happen after lease hold expire...do you pay to renew? how if not renewed...what the compensation would worth?
