I would like to warn potential buyers of Mayland's track record.
(a) Tower Service Apt / Waldorf & Windsor Service Apt - delay more than 2 years. Mayland refuses to pay LAD, citing Architect allowed the extention.
(b) Upon Vacant Position, common facilities are still not fully ready and they already charge full maintenance fees
(c) They might open a college in the development. Look at what happen in Waldorf/Windsor. During launch, there is no indication that they intend to lease some commercial area to Taylors' College. All you want after spending so much of your $$ is to endure the noise/congestion from students.
(d) Their automated car park system sucks big time. Always breakdown and u ended up waiting for someone to manually open it
(e) Progress billing is made upon commencement of each stage, not completion.
(f) One of the projects at Sri Putramas sucks
