Its good buy those who want to buy and stay because the price still reasonable compare others surrounded. I'm staying there since 2002 and a lot of different from the day one when I bought the property. As mentioned, within 7 years you almost got all the basic facilities such primary & secondary school, police station and not pondok police, petrol station, hypermarket call Cental mart, all the shop lots which really happening for all kind of bussiness and easily you can choose about 20 restoran operated day and night. Mostly people buy this area for their own used and slowly some units to be rent out after the rate better, right now for double storey just around RM500.00 per month and keep increasing. When i bought the price just RM134K for end lot (20x70) and right now the launch for 2 storey is around RM240K but still ok. Those who knows this place can compare the selling price from Sunway kayangan, Puncak Perdana, Sunway Suria which easily the price last time, 4 years ago for 2 storey at Sunway Suria (22 x 65)is about RM265K just 10 min from Saujana Utama.
