Saujana Utama is a growing place which located in Sungai Buloh. There got police station, supermarket and Petronas. From Saujana we can go to Klang, Puncak Alam, Meru and Kapar. I'm sure that lot of people who are working in KL buying houses there because it's not very far from KL. If not mistaken i think it's takes around 30 minutes to reach KL.

I know where is this place. Although this area a bit far from Sungai Buloh town itself but this place is nice place to stay.

Beside hypermarket, police bit and petrol station. Don't be surprise in Saujana Utama also have Club House where the resident are allowed to use their facilities

The access also very good. From Saujana Utama to Rawang it's take you 5 minutes drive through Guthrie Expressway.

Its good buy those who want to buy and stay because the price still reasonable compare others surrounded. I'm staying there since 2002 and a lot of different from the day one when I bought the property. As mentioned, within 7 years you almost got all the basic facilities such primary & secondary school, police station and not pondok police, petrol station, hypermarket call Cental mart, all the shop lots which really happening for all kind of bussiness and easily you can choose about 20 restoran operated day and night. Mostly people buy this area for their own used and slowly some units to be rent out after the rate better, right now for double storey just around RM500.00 per month and keep increasing. When i bought the price just RM134K for end lot (20x70) and right now the launch for 2 storey is around RM240K but still ok. Those who knows this place can compare the selling price from Sunway kayangan, Puncak Perdana, Sunway Suria which easily the price last time, 4 years ago for 2 storey at Sunway Suria (22 x 65)is about RM265K just 10 min from Saujana Utama. Check our community website at www.saujanautama.net or on the development can find from glomac website. A lot of TV3 staff own unit here.

This place sounds great.With a lot facilities.

I believe renting rate will picking up when UITM is enroll if not mistaken the 1st badge will start their semester in June 09.

saujana utma is freehold or leasehold?

Most landed property there are lease hold. I got one non-bumi 2 storey lot selling at RM200k (20 x 70)

Dear Houseowner in Saujana Utama,
Was informed by a property agent that she had sold 4 units and having extreme difficulty in transferring the names at land office. Her reason was the developer and state gov. are putting a lot of red tape and the transection even ended up to more than 12 months.

Without prejudice, any owner who have sold their prop kindy share your experienced and the duration of complete hand over of the prop. to the new owner.

It would be interesting and lesson learn to know. I am referring to second hand property.
