realistically how long does it take to buy a property in Malaysia if u r a foreigner? my lawyer says it would take about 5-6 months but that seems like too long.

4-6 months normal. depend on how good is lawyer. used to be much longer but these days 4-6 months.

It takes longer for property under construction. But for completed properties, it could take 4-5 months.
