I'm buying a house. I know I should avoid houses with the number 4. Any other feng shui tips to make sure I can sell my house easily in a few years' time?

I read somewhere that if you own a home or business with a 4 or 13, there is a cure for it. The cure is to draw a circle around the number. The circle is extremely powerful and encloses the inauspicious effects of a negative number. Is this for real or what?

i have read a few feng shui books and not ever seen this circle thing. also, people often change their numbers from 4 to 2A or 14 to 12A, but i have not seen this circle. so it doesn't seem to be correct.

when you say mandarin, you mean an image of a mandarin? or an actual mandarin. if actual mandarin, how long do you leave it there for?

I have a very superstitious friend's parents who put her house number this way when their number is 14:

The reasoning behind it is that you add them together it equals 28!!!

Personally, I'd recommend only and only buy the 8, 18, 28, 38, etc.
And say no to the less desirable units and wait for better developments and go in early!
