I went to this area last as we have property nearby at the Serendah Golf Resort(SGR) which basicly after 10 yrs the place means at SGR really rundown like haunted area, if you didn't believe anyone can pay a visit to the area. The Golf course still ok but not the residential esp. is apartment, just imagine 300 unit by occupancy rate only 10%. Last time the price about RM130K but now if anyone can offer me at RM40K I will let go.....I'm serious. If you talk about Antara Gapi it just 10 minute frm SGR and about 20km from Rawang town toward Batang Kali/Ulu Yam. The place is consider new area, there are secondary school just open near the main entrance and Balai Police will be open soon. If you purchase for you to stay is alright but not for investment because will take very long time to get the appreciation. Its nice planning and the pricing still ok but a bit far from other development. The property is leasehold and develop by PKNS and you can check from their website. My 2 cents
