Hi, I am serious buyer looking for landed house so it is easier for my parents to move about, budget rthern Klang Valley areas (PJ, etc), so I have to look for the existing neighborhood.

I am contemplating this few places: Desa Park City, Bandar Utaman, Sri Damansara, TTDI or PJ Sec 5/6.

But not sure where is a better choice considering environment for old people, and most importantly whether the prices at these places are too high now? Are they likely to still appreciate?

I am comtemplating to invest also ard DPC, Mutiara, TTDI & also Sri Damansara - where I am currently staying. If you compare the prices, BSD is the most reasonable priced township in this area with easy accessiblity. However the prices have gone up but still within reach...the beauty of this place, it\\'s freehold!. Prices ranging below RM500K. We can forsee that as property prices soars, this will be a hot area - liveable and nearby shopping centres but you do not need to be stuck in the jams as there is Penchala link that you can use.

Anyone can share about TAMAN TUN DR ISMAIL, KL. M looking for investment- so,must be easy to rent out with good returns.
