IOI BOULEVARD BREAK-IN !!!

I bought a unit at IOI Boulevard and just moved in about 2 months.

It was broken into last week during the holidays (18th - 20th December)

LCD TV and COMPUTER stolen !!!!!

As to date, IOI management are still silence about this case.

When ask the IOI Boulevard Management and it's security, nothing can be traced. So they proclaim the STATE OF ART SECURITY and PEACE OF MIND for buyers, clearly i don't know or think IOI did what they promise buyers.

Security said the CCTV was not working on the 18th December! So what are buyers paying Rm400+ monthly maintenance for?
Security also said that basement car park cameras are insufficient and therefore was not able to view most of the angles. In this case, burglars are not traceable.
I repeat again what they claim in their brochure and advertisement as their selling point \"STATE OF ART SECURITY and PEACE OF MIND\"

IOI reputation is at stake and have not been able to live up to their promises.

P/S: THE SAME WEEK, 2 other break in reports were reported at IOI Boulevard.

Let see what action IOI Boulevard will take or they will still maintain the silence.

I think you're not alone in regards to guarded community. Here is another happening at Bdr Nusaputra Puchong.

When the incident happens, did you logde a police report? Complaining to the dev is not enough if not supported by police report. Let the authority probe into the matter. Only that the dev will do something.
