Need advice on One Damansara condominium at Damansara Damai, developed by Medan Prestasi Sdn. Bhd. (a subsidiary of MK Land).
The units I'm looking at is around RM 280k for 986 sq. ft with two car parks. Please note that I'm a home buyer, not an investor. And this will be my first owned house.
The reasons stopping me by paying the booking fee straight away are:
1) Response are slow. There are a lot of available units except those above 15 floor (which given two car parks).
2) The shops surrounding that condominium are quite low-maintained.
3) Searched through some of the forums with bad comments about MK Land.
However, the design of the unit is quite satisfactory. On top of that, I'll get 5% discount on the selling price.
