Hello everybody. Im currently staying in widuri impian condo but I have problem with the parking. Im renting with my friend so we only allowed to have one sticker and access card. Before I moved in, I have asked my agent bout parking lot and he asuured me that I can rent 2nd car parking from the management. But to my surprise, a notice has been given by the management that starting from 1st april 2009 they will clamp and fine all cars parking without sticker! When I asked the management whether I can rent the 2nd car parking, they denied giving the info to any agent and they blame my agent!
So now, I have to park my car outside the condo, which is a bit difficult since I reach home late every day from work and there is no parking left!! So I would like to enquire anyone of you who would want to rent your parking or have idea to solve my problem here, pls call me at 0122814179. thanks a lot!!

I am also facing the same parking woe... at another condo. There are no more parking lots available for sale from the developer. I know of this guy staying in the same condo who bought 7 parking lots from the developer years ago. Now he is renting out at RM120 per lot per month and yet none available for rental at the moment!

My BF will move in at widuri Impian soon after all the revonation done. So he had 2 units of parking lot need to be sell and rent. One parking lot is at level 2(near to the lift) and at G (near to the lift as well). Parking lot at G will be rented till me and my bf get merried. we are not planning to get married yet in these 2-3 years. So, at G, rental would be RM150/monthly (nett) and at level 2 (sell) would be RM6000.(nett). so, if anyone interested, kindly call us(019-359 2593 - Nazli or Dya - 019-359 2539). first come first serve.
