Kuchai Lama - good location? 1 Year, 9 Months ago Karma: 0
How is the future prospect of Kuchai Lama? Worth to buy a property there?
Is the new apartment - Kuchai Avenue worth to buy?

I have bought a condo in Happy garden which is very close to kuchai lama. IDone some asking around and thus far I can say the feedback about kuchai lama is favourable. I was initially eyeing Kuchai avenue but decided not to take it due to 2 reasons:
a) it is a combination of condo and commercial shoplot. I anticipate the people living there would be a mixed crowd, as some of the owner would tenant their units. Couldnt be sure what kind of people they gonna tenant. I personally prefer quiet, and low density condo and neighbourhood.

b) The price quoted by the agent was quite expensive (250K). Personally though the unit was not worht that much. And the price was non negotiable.

My personal opinion though

How about Sri Desa Condominium? I heard you can get the price below RM200K. Is it good for investment?

would believe it is a freehold property. Location wise is pretty strategic. Just opposite some commercial area.
