most expensive condo block in KLCC 3 Months ago Karma: 2  
anyone know what it is, what the price is, and why it's so expensive?

when i say most expensive i don't mean price per sq.ft. i mean average cost of the condo in the block.

prime location,material cost gone up,petrol up,the only thing expected to go down is rain.
