Any areas that are the equivalent of KL's Damansara Heights that are in Johor Bahru? I.e mostly landed, very convenient, no traffic jams, and the place that everyone wants to be?
And will it remain prime after the major redevelopment of Johor and its' surroundings? Will people want to move to the new areas?

And what are prices in those areas? And have they done well out of the property boom in Singapore? If not, are they likely to do so in the next few months?

No..prices in JB is still bad...I am trying to sell my place at Taman Molek...which is close to ponderosa golf club, carrefour, giant, banks etc....BUT it's difficult to even sell with 50K loss. There are just too many new houses here.
