Any advise on how to get past the following situation is welcomed:
Property information:
Location USJ 2. 20 x 60. Market value about RM 330K. Currently owned by my dad. Lender is CIMB. Owing about RM 230K+.
Situation:
I am buying over from my dad as he is retired and no longer in a position to keep up the payments. Also, his loan package wasn't that attractive to begin with (high OD). CIMB has given us until 31st Aug 2011 to settle by way of redemption.
CTOS History:
I have just cleared a situation with EON Bank and letter of discharge in hand.
Financial standings:
CCRIS Clear - just checked at BNM about 2 weeks ago. No other debts. Gross PA RM 84K. Director of company with steady income stream (can provide evidence).
Loan information:
Requiring loan of about RM 280K with preferably long tenure.
Does anyone know of any banks that would be \"friendly\" in terms of the history? Would really like to get this settled as soon as possible.
