Property in Malaysia for sale and rent | Buy, Rent and sell real estate and homes

I need some help in housing loan for my current house.

I am a Malaysian living in Singapore and currently own a house in Pulau Pinang.
The house is under my name and my mother's name. The loan is currently solely under my name.

My question here is, can I remove my name from the property, meaning the property will be solely owned by my mother but I will continue to service the loan (loan will only be under my name)?

According to what I know, the bank does not allow that.

You can have either 1st party charge: ie: Owner 'A', Borrower 'A'
or
3rd party charge: Owner 'A', Borrower: A & B (or vice versa)

That's a good share. At least for those who plan such, they now know about such factors if ever they want to remove their names on a property documents but still continue to pay.
