Property in Malaysia for sale and rent | Buy, Rent and sell real estate and homes

I am Malaysian citizen who working in Australia with the Australian company. I am very interested to buy my very first house in Malaysia for my future. My current salary in range of AUD2280 - AUD3000 based on my hours. Normally I able to send AUD1000 (~RM3000) monthly to my Malaysia's account for my saving. With my condition (working oversea), is there is any bank that able to financing my dreaming house? My range of property are RM300k-RM400k. I also planning to pay off my housing loan (if I get any) as soon as possible.

There are a few client had be buying property in Malaysia but they work in overseas. But with the condition they should have a Visa and Work Permit, which i believe in your situation should not be a problem.

What you need is based on your condition i foresee property around 300k-350k should not be problem for you. By the way are you intend to joint name with anyone for the house Sales & Purchase Agreement?

Documents required are:
1) IC copy
2) Work Visa / Permit
3) Current Letter offer by the company to acknowledge you as an employees
4) Salary slips (latest 3months)
5) Bank Statement (latest 3months)
6) your saving account in Malaysia bank
7) Booking receipt
Owner Sales & purchase / if your property is direct from developer you need to provide the purchase form.
