any idea where can i get a property valuation?

What kind of property valuation? Residential, commercial, industrial? And where?

Hi you can ask a bank to assist and they will consult their panel valuers ..
You need to give a location address, leasehold or freehold, land area, built-up, type- 2sty, single storey, semi-D, bungalow, how many rooms/baths, any renovations.

oh really, i am getting the propeorty loan from CIMB bank, that's mean they can help me in valuation as well ? or would it be better to get an agent ? i probably need to give a call to the bank to check further

Yup.

Every bank will have their own panel valuers.

U can jz ask to check from the bankers.

I've come to notice that when taking a loan from the bank, the valuer fee usually around 600 is charged to you. Has anyone come across a bank who doesn't do that?
