I used Subalipack about a year ago. No complains the last time. Don't know if they'll give the same service now.

A bunch of unprofessional indian workers who don't handle your things properly and can't speak english.

I'm just curious about this "movers" thing... Do they move furniture or stuff? or the house itself?(I know this is silly but here in the Philippines, we have here nipa houses, wherein they can really be moved ^_^)

No, you can't move the entire house in Malaysia. You should send us a photo of a house being moved in the Philippines.

House mover in Malaysia means moving the items in a house.

Jacky, I have used Alpha Removal and I thought they were fine. They gave a really good price and the person I spoke to spoke pretty good English. Of course the people doing the work couldn't speak English but that is expected, I feel.

The so-called consultant spoke english to give you a quotation but after that, he NEVER appeared to supervise the workers during the actual moving.

If the customer need to communicate with the workers, it is like duck and chicken trying to communicate. The workers/supervisor are all indians.

Furthermore, the workers are very careless in handling things.

So guys , please avoid alpha removal. The ones recommending him are his friends/relatives who give a false picture to potential customers.

What a silly thing to say.

I don't really care if people use Alpha or not, but they are a pretty big company.

The fact that they exist must mean they have done some good jobs for some people, otherwise they would have closed down by now.

Surely your job isn't the only job in the world they have done. Perhaps they didn't do a good job with your move but perhaps a different manager was there when they did my move, for which I was happy with.

You think because they did a bad job for you that anyone who says they did a good job is a liar?

Some people are so closed minded.

I had moved a few times in the last 15 years and had used a few big and small movers. I never had anything important stolen, some washing stuff in a bucket went missing, that's all. But try claiming for insurance... terrible. The most professional was one that was HQ in Hong Kong and they paid my claim in 30 days, but the next time I used it, it had been bought over by Malaysians. It took me a year to get my claims paid, I think they did what some shyster rent-a-cars do, take your insurance money and keep it. There's one in Johor that said yes can, yes can to everything but never paid my claim.

Another thing, make sure someone is there with them while they are packing and moving. Some of their workers will make a big song and dance of taking real care when picking up and placing your furniture.

I can understand how Jacky Wong feels. It's not an industry that one can just put everything in their hands.

I heard that one is a traditional way of moving a house in Malaysia, and i believe its the same in the Philippines....

Maybe you can try this new company call Trio Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd, they gave good price and also service...if you need to see their track record just look for TRIO MOVER in the Facebook. Hope it will help you guys.
