Semenyih and Beranang is full of land. Some jungle, some plantation, some reserved and some vacant for sale. There are some housing estates in Semenyih and Beranang. Nottingham University and Billion is already here and Tesco is coming. My suggestion is why dont turn Semenyih and Beranang into a sub-urban paradise? The district next to Kajang and only 10 minutes away from Kajang town there is a lot of potential to develop land in this area.
Sattelite towns and cities can be built here especially the area around Semenyih town, Jalan Broga, Bandar Tasik Kesuma and Jalan Sungai Lalang. Not just sattelite cities; but even huge satellite metropolises and megalopolises can be built here. Land here can be turned into mixed development projects such as residential, commercial, shopping and retail, industrial, educational, resort and tourism and much more. Shopping centres, highland and water themed resorts can be built here as there are currently none yet.
Only 45 minutes from KL city centre, 10 minutes to Kajang, 15 minutes to Cheras and by KTM Komuter from Kajang only 25 minutes to KL city centre (KL Sentral) and it only takes one bus (City Liner) to reach the entrance into Jalan Bukit Bintang and Jalan Imbi where Berjaya Times Square, Sungai Wang Plaza, Lot 10, Bukit Bintang Plaza, Imbi Plaza, Low Yatt Plaza, KL Plaza, Starhill and Pavillion is located. The last stop for the City Liner bus is Mydin or Kotaraya which is neraby Chinatown (Petaling Street), Puduraya, Central Market and the Masjid Jamek LRT stations (Star and Putra line).
