I saw in newspaper about Horizon Hills advertisement. It's in Johor but i don't know exactly where is this located in Johor. Do anybody know about Horizon Hills because it's sounds good.
If not mistaken, it's located in Nusajaya or Sri Iskandar.
The township is about 20 km from the Second link’s Tuas Checkpoint, 15 km from the port of Tanjung Pelepas, 25 km from Senai Airport and JB city and 70 km from Singapore’s Changi Airport. Horizon Hills is accessible via major highways such as the Malaysia-Singapore Second link, North-South Expressway, Skudai Expressway and Perling Expressway.
The price depends on the type of property. See horizonhills.com.my for details about the development. It's one of the Iskandar/ Nusajaya residential developments in the middle/upper market range. Other developments in this range and in this area of Johor at the border to Singapore include East Ledang and Ledang Heights.
The price for a cluster home in Horizon Hills is at the moment around RM 520,000 as far as I know.
The Nusajaya development strategy can be found on the website nusajayacity.com - it's a mixed development inlcuding an Educity (universities), SILC (an industrial area), Medini (a Finance area) and Puteri Harbour - a harbour. There will also be a Medihub - an area designated for clinics and healthcare.
Anyone has done a price comparison (per sq feet) for similar type of properties in horizon hills, east ledang, ledang height, nusa idaman and tanah sutera?
Horizon Hills is a beautiful place to live in. It is gated and guarded. A lot of expats / foreigners bought units there. There is a World Class Golf Course and a superb club house too.
If I have to stay in JB, this is the place for me.
maybe u can drop by to Nusa idaman also. it's only Horizon hills beside the price is affordable, from rm 388,888 upwards. it's also with green enviroment & mostly is local accupied. It's a safe surrounding if you leave your house
How was your trip? Have u booked anything? I am considering a unit too at HH. But need to be sure of the driving route there from Tuas. Is it exit at Gelang Patah? And then? What route did you take. Is it secluded and the roads deserted. at night got street lights or not? How soon will this place be happening?
