3 new developments within the PJ Golden Triangle.

5 stones at RM400 - 450 psf
9 bukit utama at roughly RM400 psf
Surian Residences at RM600 psf !!!

Which is a better buy, all FREEHOLD, and ONE OF THE LAST FREEHOLD CONDOMINIUMS within SS2, Bandar Utama and Mutiara Damansara vicinity.

Is this a golden opportunity for capital gains???

I need advise....any expert opinions?

Seems not much info yet. Heard launching is March 2010, but always keep an eye on pre-launch, this is where good units are taken up before the mass market does.

Actually, to me SDB's 5 Stones looks like the more appealing one. I have yet to visit the showroom yet but I'm actually planning to do so this Saturday (16th January). There's this 2nd launch for the final remaining blocks - and by the looks of it, many people would be there considering the first launch was rather successful.

I shall zoom zoom there earlier so I won't miss out on anything!
