can someone pls give an update onthe prospect of investing in this area and is the price of 1.3m reasonable for a 3 storey shop..

I think that the captive market for this development covers not only the lower income group of Taman Medan, it also covers the mid - high income earners of Sunway, Subang, OUG and not forgetting the large Taylor's College University being built right next to it.
In terms of growth prospect, I think that PJCC is one of the brightest star of a development in PJ / Sunway area, because it is located next to NPE, Old Kland Road (toll free) and a link to Kesas highway is a mere 2 years away. The bridge on Kesas has already been built years back - it is a question of opening up the road to public- it is currently sealed.
