I am getting more excited now as I will be moving in very soon. The renovation will start by end of the month and complete by end of April or May 2010. Hopefully I can find a good date to move in

Han I will be staying in the 1st row of the Phase 1 So far the quotation given was around RM120k and I believed it will be more than tat. My guestimate will be around RM150k. I still have a few things to change  Which row r u staying Han?

i think you are the only one most active in this The Peak forum, do you have any idea how soon the clubhouse - D' club will be officially openning for the residental to utilize?
am notice you also updated some construction progressive photos and update on this project, are you one of the staff of this project? just curious.

As far as i know the Club House is already open but the management is looking for tenants to fill it up. I own a unit in The Peak and will be moving in before or after CNY if it is completed in time.
I am an insurance agent for the last 30years, property investment is my hobby.
Enjoy, it was created for me to keep track of with is happening in The Peak and a store for information for the benefits of the community.
