Hai All..

i just went to survey around area at BANDAR PUTERA in klang. The location near by at KESAS highway via jln kebun, Bukit Rimau & also near at Kota Kemuning...who know about this area..Is it a good idea to buy Single storey terrace hse they??? price $165k -$189K

Need help...

honestly it is overpriced...
come at drive around weekend and at night..
you just can't walk to the nearby shop for grocery.
just my observation and experienced living nearby.
