If I may put my two cents in, access to Sungai Long is not convenient unless you're coming from Semenyih via the SILK highway.

We like the design of the houses there but hate the idea that we have to pay toll just right after driving out the estate. The club house is build on top of a hill so it is too sloppy to walk up so you definitely have to drive to get there.
That is why we decided to buy at Saujana Villa.
