I have heard of this. Bordering Subang Jaya and USJ and perhaps part of Shah Alam. Visible from Kesas highway. Being mostly populated by middle to upper income group and based on land appreciation in Subang Jaya and USJ of previous trends, I would think this would be a good buy. Would anyone care to share your opinions. Would be great before any decisions made.
