"Investors may want to keep an eye on Pavilion Residences in Kuala Lumpur's Golden Triangle as 142 condominium units in its Tower 1 will open for sale soon.

Pegged from RM1,300psf, up from RM1,000psf three years ago, the price is more than double what the other condos in the Bukit Bintang vicinity are fetching. But considering those in the neighbouring KL City Centre area are going for over RM2,000psf, Pavilion Residences is still an investment worth a second look..."
