KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 30 (Bernama) -- The Malaysian property market is expected to see a gradual rise ahead as buyers return after having mostly deferred any purchases over the last two years due to the economic downturn.

With the anticipated market recovery, demand is expected to rise along with population growth, said Datuk Michael K.C. Yam, deputy president of the Real Estate and Housing Developers' Association (Rehda)...
