I know condos are of trends nowadays but will it be really better (for a family of 4) than landed properties in terms of security, safety, and convenience?

Hi Herbert, actually it's depend yourself how to think on it..
For example, for my own i may prefer condo because it provided a lot of facilities like swimming pool, gym room, sauna, badminton court, tennis court and other else..(but hv to pay maintanance fees)
To compare with the landed house, u may hv this kind of facilities with you.. but for futher more it may cost u a lot hv for you to build with!
Beside this all of point, if long-term investment, which you should also consider the suitability of regional development trends in the future life.
It's really depends how you think!
sometimes ppl may think landed better then condo/apartment!
if u need furthure more details u may kindly contact with this number

Condo for rental income.
Landed for capital appreciation.
But most importantly: location, location, location
