Hi. Anyhow here ever follow this development in Melaka.
Seems interesting but i am not very familiar with the property investment in Malacca.
How is the prospect and etc. A good buy? There're a lot of upcoming development around that area but i am not sure whether it will be a reality. Some of them are too good to be true.
The shoplots (photo as per attached) are going for 400k++. But its a leasehold.
Its a artist impression i know but still....
Anyone mind to share your insightful thoughts?
