Need advice - Invest property with friends 1 Year, 5 Months ago Karma: 0  
Me and another 3 frens(all non-relative) is going to invest on real property together and would like to seek advice for below:

1. Should we set up a company to invest? If so, what kind of company should we register? I heard that there is a LLP(limited liability partnership) type of company, is this the one we should consider?

2. If we set-up a company to invest, will the loan interest and down payment percentage different from personal loan?

3. Does anyone here have such experience(invest together with frens)? Can share?

I am totally new to this sector so some questions might sound funny

Anyway thanks in advance for help.

Hi,

I would like to invest commercial property worth ~RM 350- 400k with good rental yield. Can you please advise if there is any shop which can fit my investment goal?

My friend and I invested in drilling a Nat. gas well on some property I owned. He invested with cash and all we had was the usual handshake.. He died last month and now the gas well is producing a massive amount of revenue. No one from his family knows about it.
