Hello All,

I'm looking for a property in KL/Selangor with below criteria:

1)Freehold title.
2)Rental yield > 6% with potential capital appreciation in future.
3)Good neighborhood with public amenities.
4)Close to public transportation LRT/KTM.
5)High occupancy rate or easy to find tenant.

Any good recommendations? Thank you.

I'm property agent.May i know which area u prefer to invest?Which type of property you would like to
invest?terrace?semi-D?condo or apartment?What is your budget?Do u interested to invest on resort?

Hello Thomas,

You may want to consider the Regalia by Mayland. It is almost completed. It is very near the Putra KTM Station and Jalan Sultan Ismail LRT Station.

Since this one is in town, it should satisfy what you are looking for, but it is best to contact the developer.
