Hi, I am new here, I would like to know how to buy property or invest in the USA?

Is there any realtor locally can assist me?

Completely agree, why not sitting it out for another 6 to 9 month at least. Manhatten (for example) has only come off by 1%. Still think have 6/8 of decline before it is time to go in.

I was thinking to buy a property to rent to colleage students and also to my brother. I think buying a house there is better than renting a house. Please advice me what is the procedure. After I visit the website, what should i do, and who should i contact? Thanks
