I guess most of you might have heard of this condo which is right opposite cap square. How is the condition now? Any new management? still in terrible condition?

It's not fair to say it's in "terrible" condition, is it? I went there a while ago. It didn't seem perfect. Or has it got much worse. I thought it was fine.

Hi Farin,

Sorry for the wrong word used. No hard feeling ya. Honestly though, I never visited that place before. Thus, I have not view it with my own eyes. I only judged it Based on comments I received by others. I once heard that few landlord rented their units out to Bangladeshi and these ppl washed their teeth at the swimming pool every morning ... and most tenants revoked the management as the maintenance fees is too high.

But I know for sure City One is right smack in the city centre and if the condition is better, it should have cost a bomb by now.

City One condo is MINI bangla and Paki,what the management and immigration are doing. always notice few Police man on motor on pretax of checking Passport but something else goes on with the diary been passed to the foreigners.If not mistaken there are about 20 people living in 1 apartment.Can some 1 do something with this condo and foreigners.they spit on the floor and always spoil the Lift cars.Not to mention about the swimming pool.I swear will never go inside.
