Honestly though, I never visited that place before. Thus, I have not view it with my own eyes. I only judged it Based on comments I received by others. I once heard that few landlord rented their units out to Bangladeshi and these ppl washed their teeth at the swimming pool every morning
... and most tenants revoked the management as the maintenance fees is too high.
But I know for sure City One is right smack in the city centre and if the condition is better, it should have cost a bomb by now.
