Does anybody know of any good property seminars? So far, I've only heard of Mastery Asia and EAP. How are they like?
For those who have been to some, kindly advise on what to expect and which one should we visit and which ones to stay away from?

So far I've heard of 3 local self proclaimed property millionaires which conducted seminar at a cost that goes up to RM2500 per pax. :_blink_: They are Azizi Ali, Renesial Leong and Milan Doshi. Most people prefer Doshi. I don't know why as I never join these seminar before. In my opinion, buying their books are more than enough because what they're going to say is basically things from their books. Maybe you'll get better understanding at the seminar or a few latest tips on where are the coming hot locations to invest, that's all. So far, I got Azizi Ali's "How to become a Property Millionaire" and was looking for Renesial Leong's "Property Jewel" but it's mostly sold out at all bookstores I been to..

Anyway, books by Robert Kiyosaki, Warren Buffett or even Donald Trump are not bad too.

GREAT!! Since I came back from the NYC, I've only heard of only Juanita Chin, and only through Juanita's book I've heard of Milan and Renesial. Thanks for the info, I'll check Azizi Ali out.
