tebrau city residence apartment, surrounding with more than 15k residence area, complete with several facilities, including hypermarkets, hospital and commercial area etc. I just need advises on this particular investment. thank you.

I need to add some info, tebrau city residence is just beside tebrau city jusco and tesco, and i heard ikea is coming in. more over in 2020 plan, the lrt and monorail station is just some where there as well. near buy got hospital and more than 15k acres of residence area surrouding.

I am also interested in Tebrau City Residence for long term investment. How much can it be rented out per month?
I see a lot of ad for RM 1,500, but not sure if people really would pay for that because it's totally unfurnished inside if brandnew.
BTW, how much does it cost to change the floor to wood and repaint the wall for the entire unit ?
