A new development named ZetaPark SOHOs is going to launch at Setapak. Do you think is worthwhile for investment since SOHOs is 1st around the area?

Yes, just opposite the StarParc Point of Mah Sing and beside Jalan Genting Klang which currently under contruction from basement to Level 3 of retail poduim which own and operate by Parkson named KL Festival City. The SOHOs is start from Level 6 to 17 for 136 units only with size 379 to 772 sq.ft. for RM 500+ psf. More information, please refer to fittersgroup.com

This price is inclusive 1 parking bay and partial furnish unit !! Since the 1st concept of SOHOs within Setapak area (SOHO concept is very popular around P.J. area), is it good for investment or be own office? What is the expected selling price and rental rate after completion?

I went to the Sales office at Platinum Walk...all unit's are sold off...136 unit's/..from 380 sq.ft to 776 sq.ft
Anyone purchaser here? When to sign S&P?...Waive interest during under construction?..Who are the End Financier?..Good rate?
