i was thinking to buy a low medium cost apartment at bandar mahkota cheras(pangsapuri angsana) and rent it.it is near to a nurse colleage (Masterskill).the price is 82k-90k.my relative bought a unit last year at only 72k and now rent for rm450.but i'm worry will be difficult to sell it in the future.anybody familiar with the place or any expert can give me a bit advise?

Definitely it will be difficult to sell it and return in rental are not impressive. I have one unit just opposite Masterskill at top floor.
