Estate Duty 1 Year, 8 Months ago Karma: 0  
my client passed away. He left the following assets:
A shop house in kepong worth RM2,000,000
fix deposit with ambank RM4,000,000
A house in New york worth US 1,500,000
A current account US 3,000,000 with Citibank, New York...who can calculate the estate payable, if any by the executor. Discuss the estate duty provision and the basis for the estate duty provision
