hi..anyone know how to become a legal property agent in malaysia?

where are the location to attend course?

course term?

how much fee need to pay ?

i stay in johor bahru.

btw, unlicense real estate agent can be fine up to RM25,000 if being caught cashing on real estate...

Sori for late reply, i am working in johor bahru as property agent under company.

my company jz set up tis few years.

i am try my best to take the exam in next year. Hope really can become a registered real estate agent.

and my company principal is a good leader to teach me.

Maybe you manage to get a course to become a real estate agent.

Hello,

There are a few ways for taxpayers to help keep property taxes lower. The first way is to attend public meeting where decisions are being made about spending limits and spending in general. If you do not participate in meeting that is open to the public for suggestions and opinions, you cannot blame anyone for higher property taxes.
