I would like to post a question to forum on a Freehold MRL.My uncle owns a big piece of land at Mont Kiara and it is suitable for a development of low rise condo/bungalows and/or semi-dees.The problem is to what I understand is that no developers not even Bumi developers are willing to undertake to buy and develop the land.My uncle wants to sell off his land as soon as possible before he leaves this world.Perhaps there is a way to develop this land and to get back the ROI.
