I wanted to sell my house urgently. I have engaged the agent for help to look for potential buyer till today as its take about 3 months and they kept tell me no buyer. Off hand i have to pay my loan installment monthly. Anyone whom can tell me or advise? what is the better way to sell it fast and without kept paying monthly?

Hi,
I have a condo with 3 names on s&p which we want to sell, can the 1st owner apply for letter from lawyer to allow 2nd & 3rd owner to sell the property without 1st owner presence during selling process now or in the future? coz right now my buyer seem to have problem with loan & request for delay before S&P signing...the problem is 1st owner can only wait 2 weeks before go back oversea. If can apply for letter authorization, how long is the process & how much is the fee? thank you.

Quite like asking whether power of attorney can be used to execute the agreement.
Don't assume powers of attorney is absolute solution to all dealings and transfer.
They are not.
If the agreement is put to the names of all the vendors, ( just as what is expressed in the title ) then, the same applies to the sale & purchase agreement.
No alternative to substitute and reinstate the signature of anyone party since the property is sold following its initial wholly undivided share in a complete transaction.
