Yes, Ernest... are you an agent or a buyer?

The land size is 14,000+ sq.ft, elevated to 30 degree slope above road frontage.
I am prepared willingly to release this piece of land at below market valuation rate of RM32.00 psf. provided transaction can be successfully concluded for transfer within the next one month.

Let The Buyer Beware!
I am aware some plots of land at the vicinity are offered at Rm15.00 to 19.00 psf through Aution houses or otherwise due to non-constructibility for houses.. They are normally NOT feasible to construct houses due to land plot well below road level as deep as between 10 to 20 ft deep. This is due to poor plannning and execution by the developer for failing to study the original land contour in particular to Phase 1.
My advise to those interested to buy land at dirt cheap price to first view the plots at first hand to really satisfy feasibility and constructibilty justification.
