Hello People...

I have a shoplot in Brickfields (located right behind Jalan Tun Sambathan). Unfortunately its not the row of shops facing KL Sentral as this is the row behind. So I do want to look for a buyer seriously and need to find out the value of the row of shops there. Does anyone know the current value?

Question 1: Does anyone know the current value of the row of shops?
Question 2: Knowing the fact that the KL Sentral & Little India street will undergo a major facelift. More hotels, office blocks & etc will be coming up soon. So is it advisable to sell now or not?
Question 3: The shoplot has been there for quite some time and just wondering if my shoplot could be excluded from the 5% Government tax upon selling. Just wondering if there are any exclusions here.

Really appreciate if someone could revert to me soonest possible on these queries.

kok leong, if u own the shoplot more than 5yrs, u would be exempted from the 5% RPGT......
