In my opinion, there are advantage and disadvantage in your situation. If you will renovate/repair your unit into a somewhat very good conditioned unit, the advantage is that you can offer it on the selling price that you wanted. Plus factor is that your unit is in very good state which is good to market by anybody. Whereas, without doing anything on your unit or in a state of \"As is, where is\", expect Buyer's that will ask an incredible amount of discounts stating that it will incur them a lot of money to renovate/repair the unit.
