Hi James,

You can actually search for agents who specialise in a specific location here in thinkproperty.my. In our homepage, please click Find Agent, then choose Agent by Area, and finally, type in the location, i.e. Melaka Raya, and click the search button.

If your property is the shop apartment at Melaka Raya also knowm as Prime Square?
Those pink painted building?
I just sold my apartment there last month.
Very very difficult to sell even though it is situated at the centre of business distric unless the buyer wanna buy to rent out to its workers only.

I sold mine at below the purchase price or market price.
