I would like to seek advice from all of you. I was a commitee member of my apartment. My concern is if I want to sell my apartment, will that as a commitee member will effect me from selling my unit? I have paid my management fees consistancely. Thanks
If not mistaken, there was a ruling in the building management laws to ensure that the electricity supply and water supply bills (together with your monthly maintenance fees) are fully and also to notify the management when you are ready to sell.
However, you don't need consent (apart from State Authority, if leasehold) to sell your parcel since this is your property already.
No. You can freely sell your apartment if you wanted even though you are a committee member. Being one of them will never be a reason for the other members to stop or barrier to do your wants
