I think that renting offices at a premium condominium is really an awesome idea.

It's thrifty, it's convenient, it's scenic, it's quiet, it's well equipped (i.e. covered carparks, gym, sauna, pool, guarded, CCTV, etc.)

Certain premium condos actually have their office spaces completely vacant and nobody knows about it, let alone exploring options in this area.

I wish people would have told me about this hidden jewel of offices-to-let years ago!!

Folks are paying thousands of ringgit per month for office rentals. But some premium condos I know literally charge RM350 for 1000 sq. ft per month! It's insanely cheap!!!

Of course, it is not suitable for all businesses. And some premium condos have various restrictions. But then again, what doesn't?

I think so too. Have never worked in such an area and environment. Those who are lucky enough,how about sharing this with the rest of us.

the rentals are low possibily because the units are only rented out to the residents. I would think working from premium condos would be ideal for most people for such condos are usually very well maintained. THe landscaping would be good, lots of plants and more plants, also could be airy as well. It would be like working at a resort!

I agreed with you all, its suitable for consultant office and certain business which not really need external customer. The rental rate is much cheaper than outside as you have limitation but for sundry shop its really works, I know some of my friend who rent a small space (400 sq ft)about RM300pm for few yr and daily sales around RM300.00.

Instead of renting is it possible to buy these places?

I don't think they're up for sale. Most management like to keep it for rent. I don't know what's the reason behind it. I guess it's because they have to control what business is being run there.
