Hi, i would like to seek for some advice about rental a house or shoplots to do my business. I'm doing some homebusiness, but feeling want to rent a small place to contine my work. i'm consider soho, eventhough the location not that good also have not much inflence to my business. therefore, what would u recommen to rent? house or shoplot for m working place?becausre i know i have to pay certain fees for the lst time...but i dont know about that...can someone clarify for me...thanks lot...
House or shop lots as your working place is decision. Normally 2+1 deposit for rental + 1 month/half month deposit for utility&electricity depends on landlord, fees for tenancy agreement.
It will be thriftier if you'll rent a house instead because you can run your business there at the same time have a home for yourself In a shoplot, I think it's rare that there's bedroom
i also think will get rent a house...then for that, what is the different for rent a land property of condo?do u have any recomendation?not so expansive but safe place...around oug, seri petaling...
You may mention the criteria and your budget here..I believe that agents will contact you if they have any units available which close to your criteria and budget. I am cover KL, Selayang and Setapak area, so no unit can offer to you at oug/sri petaling. Thank you.
